How My Career Began
While studying French Language Teaching at Cukurova University, I explored internships and volunteer opportunities beyond my field to better understand my long-term goals. During this process, I realized that although I enjoyed teaching, I did not see myself pursuing it as a lifelong profession.In 2022, I began my career in recruitment through a business development internship at an HR firm in Hong Kong, where I gained hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and built a strong professional foundation.Starting my career on a different continent strengthened my adaptability, cultural awareness, and global perspective.
Where I Am Today
Today, I recruit across borders, working with clients and candidates across Asia and South America within a China-based firm.My work is shaped by cultural nuance, market awareness, and the responsibility of connecting the right people at the right moment.

Beyond Work
Outside of work, I enjoy playing chess, solving crossword puzzles, and watching films that challenge perspective.Through a cultural exchange program, I lived in China for six months — an experience that strengthened my adaptability, independence, and cross-cultural communication skills.
